The REP is a large regional theatre which has a fully skilled workforce with permanent employment for 81 people and temporary employment opportunities for a further 350 people per year.  We have a number of key departments covering the areas of Marketing and Communications, Sales & Events, Theatre Operations, Theatre Sales, Finance, Production, Artistic Direction and Arts Administration.
